When you fill in a form on this site we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, company, email address, telephone number and whatever you write in the message. If you subscribe to our updates we collect your email address. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, to provide and support the services you have asked about, and, where you have subscribed, to send you occasional updates. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then we dispose of them securely. You can ask us to stop sending you updates at any time.

Keeping it secure

Protecting client data is the business we are in. We apply the same access controls, monitoring and backup practices to our own systems that we recommend to the companies we look after. No system is perfect, but we take the job seriously.
